Who Should Attend: School leaders or leadership teams interested in supporting new educators and educators of color
Session Description: Did you and your team make a heroic effort to ensure you have the right educators at your school this year? Did you work hard to find teachers who are responsive to the racial, ethnic, and linguistic diversity of your students? The Office of Human Capital believes many leaders did great work all spring and summer to build the right teams, but the work of starting the school year strong is just as important as making those hires. Come learn about tools and strategies to support all educators, particularly new educators to your building and educators of color whom you have worked hard to recruit and want to ensure they are successful and stay!
